Gimme a brake!

|
The cargo tricycle has only one brake. The cyclist must reach down between his/her legs and pull up on the brake lever, leaving only one hand to steer the heavy cargo platform. As the brake works only on the rear wheel, it will be rather weak if the tricycle is carrying a heavy load and most of the weight is on the front wheels -- even weaker if the rider steps off. Don't park this tricycle facing downhill -- it could skid away. Also note the hinged fork attached to the back of the cargo bin to keep the trike from jackknifing when parked.
