Bollards adjacent to path

Bollards directly adjacent to sidepath threaten to snag handlebars and effectively reduce the path to half its width. The bollards are unreflectorized and black. This appears to be designated as a one-way path. It transitions from optional use (square sign) to mandatory use (round sign) at the driveway. Bicyclists entering the driveway to use the mandatory section of path will be leaning in a turn as they pass the bollards.
