This slide oddly shows an arrangement unlike either the existing one or the proposed one, without a "pork chop" island separating the right-turn lane on Clyde street. I think that the point here is that making the middle eastbound lane into a left-turn-only lane woudl reduce congestion, as also suggested in the previous images.
