Right turn conflict
The turn signal of the first car waiting is blinking. The bicyclist would be better served by a position to the left of the line of right-turning motor vehicles. The right lane here is not marked as a right-turn lane, but then it does not continue past the intersection -- and so it is a right-turn lane in fact.
