Motorists coming from the south on the service road can finally exit it at Country Road.
The intersection of Clyde and Lee Street would be redesigned to prohibit left turns from Clyde Street. The traffic islands would prevent overtaking of broken-down or stopped vehicles. Motorists entering from Country Road or north of it on the east side of Lee Street would have to travel on the service road.
