Construction again

Same view as in the previous photo but later -- 2007 or 2008. The bikeway has been blocked by more construction. The narrower walkway has been redesignated temporarily as a bikeway. Pedestrians are directed to go to another walkway closer to the buildings. The signs with the arrows read "pedestrian detour." The one on the pole in front of the Jersey barrier reads "bicyclists must dismount and walk bikes."
