The path from the empty lot is visible at the right. The Cornerstone Baptist Church is at the left. At one time, Channing Road probably went all the way through to Brighton Avenue, but it was closed off to avoid its being used for through travel by motorists. Closing off access for bicyclists and pedestrians too was like throwing out the baby with the bathwater. Scroll right if necessary to view the rest of the image.
